Data Collection and Use

No personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to this site. Non-identifiable information such as browser type, operating system, and IP address is gathered to ensure our site is optimized for the mass users. This information is also used to improve the performance of our site.

However, our various contact and reservation forms, surveys and quizzes may request that you provide personal information (such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address), demographic information (such as your age and gender) and profile data (such as your preferences in entertainment and/or a record of past visits to the park). Information submitted at the time of registration or submission may be used for marketing purposes by us. In addition, should you elect to use the Trip Planner feature of the site, information about your trip will be stored by our vendor who provides hosting services for this web site.

When you make a ticket purchase through this site, you are actually making a transaction through one of our partner sites. Entire Agreement

No Waiver
No delay or failure by Silver Dollar City to enforce any of these Terms of Use shall constitute a waiver of any of our rights hereunder, and only a specific, written waiver signed by an authorized representative of Silver Dollar City shall have any legal effect.

Severability
If any clause or provision set forth in these Terms of Use is determined to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under present or future law, the clause or provision shall be deemed to be deleted without affecting the enforceability of all remaining clauses or provisions.

Jurisdiction, Venue, and Alternative Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. In the event of a dispute arising out of your use of the Site or these Terms of Use, regardless of who initiated the proceeding, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Springfield, Greene County, Missouri.
